By using the-booked-measure-system.f.trycook.app or engaging Novara Automation LLC's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use this site.
2. Services
Novara Automation LLC, trading as FloorBooked, installs & runs the Booked Measure System for flooring companies that sell to homeowners & measure in the home. It includes Meta ads in the client's own ad account, an estimate page, an assistant that calls back homeowners who gave consent inside legal calling hours, & a confirmation & reminder system for booked measures. The client owns its ad account, pixel, page & homeowner records. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to text messages from Novara Automation LLC, you agree to the following:
- You will receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders & call follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Bookings & Communications
Booking a Booked Measure Review is free & is not a purchase. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email or by replying to the confirmation text. Unconfirmed call slots may be released to other flooring company owners.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedule & refunds for client engagements are set out in the written client agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
Guarantee: 20 booked in-home measures in your first 60 days of ads, or you don't pay until you have them. It applies when the client follows the agreed plan. Full terms are in the client agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Site content, the Booked Measure System name & related materials belong to Novara Automation LLC. Using this site does not grant you a licence to them.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
Site content is provided as-is. Jobs, sales & revenue depend on things outside our control, including your pricing, estimating, close rate, crew capacity & local market. Nothing on this site guarantees jobs, revenue or profit. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
